Definition in one sentence
JiaBenAnKang is a platform service provider focused on the digitalization of family health. With its core product Family Health Handbook, it enters the genuinely high-frequency scenario of family care, and builds a complete chain around health records, reminders and alerts, family collaboration, health insights and operational capabilities, while offering institutional clients configurable, auditable and extensible enterprise platform capabilities.
JiaBenAnKang is operated by Guangzhou Wanxin Space Information Technology Co., Ltd. We are a platform service provider focused on the digitalization of family health. We enter through the real, high-frequency scenario of family care, build a complete capability chain around recording, alerts, collaboration, insights and operations, and deliver those capabilities into the daily lives of millions of families through our core product Family Health Handbook.
We do not define ourselves as "yet another developer of a health-tracking tool". Recording is only the starting point; the problem we truly solve is the asymmetry of health information between family members, and the anxiety and care blind spots it creates.
Corporate positioning
Reaching families through Family Health Handbook
For the real scenarios of eldercare and infant growth, we provide out-of-the-box family health records, smart reminders and alerts, an AI health assistant and family collaboration.
Serving institutions through platform capabilities
For eldercare institutions, community services, health management and home-care companies, we provide deliverable capabilities such as back-office operations, member entitlements, data dashboards, capability integration and private-deployment assessment.
What the name means
"JiaBenAnKang" is not a random collection of auspicious words, but a complete product proposition.
| Character | Meaning | How it shows up in the product |
|---|---|---|
| Jia | The family, not the individual, is the smallest unit of health | Family profiles, five-level role permissions, invitation and collaboration mechanisms |
| Ben | Start from the overlooked fundamentals of daily life | Nine categories of structured records for eating, drinking, toilet and sleep, traceable and reviewable |
| An | Turn uncertain unease into definite action | Custom reminders + twelve rule-engine alert types + notification center |
| Kang | Make health management sustainable over the long term | Trend dashboard, weekly health reports, annual reports and portable data export |
What problems we solve
1. Care information is fragmented within the family
Adult children living elsewhere who want to know how their parents ate and took their medicine that day often have only a phone call to rely on; when a nanny changes shifts, no one remembers yesterday's bowel movements and sleep. Through structured records and family sharing within the authorized scope, we make this information continuous and searchable for the first time.
2. Abnormalities are discovered too late
Many health risks are not about missing signals, but about no one paying attention to the continuity of those signals. Using a rule engine to continuously scan recorded data, we proactively reach the family at moments such as a missed dose, abnormal vital signs or a long period without food.
3. Institutions lack a tool to carry their health services
Health services aimed at families often stop at questionnaires and follow-up calls. We provide a product foundation that can be integrated, configured and operated, so service actions have data to support them, a traceable process and measurable results.
4. The compliance cost of sensitive health data is high
Family health data is sensitive personal information. We build consent records, field-level encryption, data integrity signatures, ownership checks and operation auditing into the product as capabilities, lowering the threshold for institutions to achieve compliance.
Capability foundation
What underpins the delivery of these capabilities is a reusable, extensible engineering system — microservices and multi-platform architecture, AI capability and cost governance, data aggregation and operational analytics, and security and compliance governance. Mission and vision
Mission
To give every family the ability to see, remember and protect its health — so that health care no longer depends on one person's memory and sense of duty, but is underpinned by a reliable mechanism.
Vision
To become the most trusted product and platform provider in China's family health management scenarios, so that family health data creates genuinely sustainable value on a compliant and secure basis.
Our path forward
- Go deeper into scenarios: go deep into the two high-frequency scenarios of eldercare and infant growth, and keep extending the adaptability of record dimensions and alert rules;
- Strengthen intelligence: within compliance boundaries, improve AI's ability to understand and explain health data so that insights stay closer to real family decisions;
- Extend the platform: improve the multi-family membership model and cross-family aggregate views to support more complex care relationships and institutional collaboration;
- Build the ecosystem: build a service ecosystem together with eldercare, community, health management and home-care partners, bringing product capabilities into more real care settings.
Our boundaries and commitments
- Family Health Handbook is a tool for recording and reminding on family health data; it does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice or prescription services;
- Alerts and reminders are triggered by rules set by the user and by data that has already been entered, and may be delayed because of missing data or network conditions; they cannot replace professional medical monitoring;
- AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice;
- We process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, the Data Security Law and the Cybersecurity Law. See the Privacy policy for details.
Please follow the guidance of a licensed physician for any health decision. In an emergency, call 120 immediately or go to the nearest medical institution.
