Solutions
At a glance
JiaBenAnKang offers three family health management solutions: a family care collaboration solution, a service digitalization solution for institutions (eldercare and care institutions, community health service points, health management and medical check-up institutions, and home-care and maternity-care service companies), and an AI health capability enablement solution for teams with their own systems. Every solution is backed by the enterprise platform capabilities and comes with a clear capability combination, implementation path and deliverables.
We do not offer "one-size-fits-all templates". Instead we split by audience into three implementable scenarios, each with a clear capability combination, implementation path and deliverables.
1. Family care solution
Who it serves: families caring for older adults or infants, especially where family members live apart and care must be coordinated by several people.
The problem it solves: records are scattered across paper notes, chat history and memory; handover information breaks; problems are noticed late; health data cannot be traced back.
Structured records
Nine record types — eating, drinking, toilet, sleep, visits, medication, vital signs and periods — with batch vital-sign sharing and graphical options that lower the barrier for self-recording by older adults and proxy recording by family.
Alerts and reminders
Custom scheduled reminders plus twelve rule-engine alert types covering missed medication, abnormal vital signs, long gaps without food and other key risk moments, with quiet hours and cooldown windows to avoid noise.
Family collaboration
Invitation by code, QR or SMS, five levels of role permissions from admin to caregiver to observer, data shared strictly within the authorized scope, and observers read-only.
Insight and output
Trend dashboards (7 / 30 days), weekly health reports, growth curves (WHO and national-standard percentiles) and cycle predictions turn scattered records into readable health assets.
Deliverables: a working Family Health Handbook account (WeChat Mini Program / H5), family profiles and permission setup, reminder and alert rule configuration, weekly health reports and data export.
2. Institutional health service solution
Who it serves: eldercare and care institutions, community health service points, health management and medical check-up institutions, home-care and maternity-care service companies, and enterprises or insurers that provide health services to employees or customers.
The problem it solves: health services lack a tool to run on, service actions are hard to evidence, outcomes are hard to quantify, and renewals lack data support.
The institutional solution is carried by JiaBenAnKang's enterprise platform capabilities — turning family health services into configurable, operable, auditable and deliverable business capabilities:
Operations console
A unified management entry for user and family profiles, membership and entitlements, alert rule templates, AI quota governance, content and configuration, data export and audit queries.
Membership and entitlements
A configurable entitlement matrix with multiple plan tiers, idempotent trial grants and grandfathered entitlements, converting at moments of value rather than blocking at feature entries.
Growth and data insights
A full funnel from registration to renewal, entitlement paywall analysis, and usage analytics for AI calls and feature penetration to support entitlement and pricing decisions.
AI capability governance
Q&A, recognition and voice unified through one gateway, with quota gating, rate limiting, a fallback chain and a quality assessment loop that keeps AI cost under control.
In addition, institution staff can use the institution workbench in the Mini Program: bind to their institution and manage the care-recipient profiles and service records under its authorization, with the institution identity isolated from the personal family identity.
| Stage | We provide | The institution provides |
|---|---|---|
| Needs discovery | Scenario interviews, capability list, data-flow assessment | Clarify service subjects and current workflows |
| Solution design | Console configuration plan, role permission model, alert rule templates | Confirm compliance requirements and acceptance criteria |
| Pilot launch | Console provisioning, template configuration, usage training | Organize pilot families / clients |
| Operations support | Data dashboards, usage reports, issue response | Feedback for optimization |
| Scale-up | Entitlement plan configuration, channel integration, capability extension review | Internal rollout |
Deliverables: an operations console account, a membership and entitlement configuration plan, alert rule templates, data dashboards and report export, plus usage training and technical integration documents. Delivery covers four modes: standard delivery, API integration, custom development and private deployment assessment.
3. AI enablement solution
Who it serves: health service providers who want to use AI to improve service efficiency and user engagement.
The problem it solves: users' recording enthusiasm is hard to sustain; health data is costly to interpret; manual follow-ups and consultations do not scale.
- Smart recording: voice recording (live waveform feedback, automatic silence trimming, one spoken sentence per record) and photo recognition lower the cost of entry and raise recording frequency;
- Smart understanding: daily summaries, AI health analysis and trend interpretation generated automatically from record data, translating the data into language families can understand;
- Smart interaction: health Q&A streams over SSE for a near-instant conversational experience;
- Controllable cost: unified quota gating and a fallback chain, with quality assessment, keep AI spend from running away with usage.
Compliance boundary: all AI output carries a clear disclaimer, positioned as health information understanding and lifestyle advice, and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice or prescription services.
Implementation path
Compliance and security
Before a solution lands, we confirm the data-processing boundary with you: the scope of collection and how consent is obtained, role permissions and the minimum-necessary principle, storage and retention periods, export and deletion procedures, and audit and evidence requirements. See Security & compliance, the privacy policy and the website filing for details.
